1 WEEK Delivery or We Pay You $40

We guarantee delivery of this line in 1 Week or less for orders over $200. We will issue you a $40 credit off your order if we do not meet the 1 Week Delivery. Refund guarantee is capped at the lesser of $40 or 25% of the order amount.

The Free 1 Week Delivery guarantee applies only to shipments within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the guarantee). The delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on the 1st of the month at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the 9th of the month and an order placed at 9:30am on the 1st of the month would be guaranteed to arrive on the 8th of the month. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 1 Week Delivery guarantee is calculated from the following Monday. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

EXEMPTIONS:

Orders under $200 qualify for a credit of $5 per business day that we do not meet our delivery deadline. This credit is capped at the lesser of $40 or 25% of the order total.

Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock items are NOT eligible for any of our Quick Delivery Options. In the event that one or more of the products you ordered is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment. If you paid for the Quick Delivery option, you will receive full credit for that fee.

Order shipped via Truck are not eligible for the credit. We do not always know when orders will be shipped via Truck. These orders will still ship as quickly as possible, but due to freight policies, they cannot be expedited.

A&A Lighting Company cannot be responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or delays with UPS/FedEx.

Orders placed after 10:00am PST will begin calculation on the following business day. Holidays are not counted as a business day.

Open Box items are not eligible for 3 Day Delivery. We will guarantee 1 Week Delivery for those items and credit will be issued based on a 1 Week deadline.

Our Quick Delivery Guarantee is only offered on standard products. Special lamping, customer finishes, or made-to-order products are NOT eligible for a Quick Delivery credit.

Our 1 Week Delivery or your get $40 guarantee is not offered on orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please provide your order number or the full name your order was placed under when calling or emailing us and we will issue your credit after reviewing the order delivery details. Your credit will be refunded via the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Please allow 24 hours after submitting your claim for processing.
