Cancellations

 If you wish to cancel an order that you have not received either due to a backorder or a change of mind, please contact our customer service team at aalightingcompany@gmail.com and indicate your wishes in writing. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will contact the manufacturer to make sure your product has not shipped. If the product has not shipped we will proceed with the cancellation and you will be credited the full amount of your purchase. Unfortunately, in some instances your purchase may have already shipped from the manufacturer and we are unable to cancel the order. Order that have been received can no longer be cancelled and are subject to our return policy.

 
Return & Replacement Policy

 All returns/replacements must be requested within 30 days of receiving merchandise. They must also be authorized in advance by A&A Lighting Company and must have a valid issued Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Any returns sent back without a valid RGA number will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Returns made outside of our stated policy are subject to additional shipping and restocking fees depending on the supplier and situation. Please note, refunds for returned products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.

Exceptions
  • We cannot accept returns of installed products, unwrapped crystals, special order products, and custom or fabricated-to-order products. We encourage you to ask for as much information as you need when ordering special order or custom products including swatches, finish samples etc. We identify custom and special order products clearly on the product page.
  • We cannot accept returns of large orders of the same product. (We define large orders as 6 or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure it's what you need.
  • We do not accept returns of clearance merchandise, light bulbs or lampshades.
  • Returning items totaling more than $2000 may incur restocking fees.
