Shipping PolicyWe ship most of our products from the manufactures warehouse via UPS, Fedex, or a freight company. On order over $200 we will cover the shipping cost. For orders under $200 there will be a $15 flat fee for shipping cost. Any item that requires a truck to ship will have a $75 charge add to your order.
We try to do our best to have the warehouse ship right away, but we can't control when they ship. If your order is going to be delayed, we will notify you promptly. If the item is back ordered you will have a chance to cancel your order. A & A Lighting Company is not responsible for damage in shipping. If you receive an item damaged please call or email us so we can get you a replacement sent to you ASAP.
