Return and Replacements:
At A & A, we understand that shopping online may some times be difficult. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
within 21 calendar days of receipt.
All returns must be authorized in advance by A & A Light For Living and must have a valid Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number issued by A & A Light For Living before being shipped back.
Any returns sent back without a valid RGA number will not be accepted
and no credit will be issued. No returns on items that are on sale or discontinued. Returns made outside of our stated policy
are subject to additional shipping and restocking fees depending on the
supplier and situation. Please note, refunds for returned products
cannot exceed the originally charged amount. A $15 fee is deducted from
return credits to cover initial shipping fees.
